Charges for Additional Services (Optional) Miscellaneous Charges:

The Subscriber shall provide a petty cash amount of P20,000 for other miscellaneous fees such as LGU charges, payment for rec meter by ERC, bi-directional meter, sign and sealing of other documents, and contractor’s tax by LGU. Expenses from the petty cash shall be supported by official proof of payments. The remaining balance shall be refunded to the Subscriber. However, should the cost of extra expenses exceed the initial petty cash amount, the Subscriber will be advised accordingly. In this case, the Subscriber will be charged for the excess amount accordingly.

5. Estimated Duration of Completion:
The Net Metering process is anticipated to take an average of 2 to 4 months to complete. The timeline can vary based on factors such as timely submission of documents, assessment by approving authorities, and subscriber’s adherence to technical requirements.

6. Default due to Client’s Failure to Submit Required Documents:
6.1. In the event that the Client fails to submit any of the required documents within 2 months which is essential for the completion of the Net Metering application process, the Client’s application shall be considered in default.

6.2. In the event of default, any payments made by the Client shall not be refunded.

6.3. Should the Client wish to proceed with the Net Metering application after a default, a new application shall be required, and the Client’s application shall be treated as a fresh and entirely new submission. Any associated costs or fees shall be borne by the Client.

7. Limitation of Liability:
The Subscriber acknowledges that the PHLSolar acts as a liaison between the Subscriber and the relevant authorities, including Meralco, LGUs, and ERC. The Subscriber understands and agrees that PHLSolar shall not be held liable for any delays, disapprovals, or other actions taken by these authorities that are beyond PHLSolar’s obligations and duties as a liaison. PHLSolar shall not be responsible for any resulting consequences or losses arising from such delays or disapprovals.

8. Limitation of Liability for External Transactions:
PHLSolar hereby expressly disclaims any liability for personal transactions undertaken by any of its representatives, whether between the Client and private individuals, Meralco employees, or LGU employees, that fall outside the scope and coverage of this Agreement. The Client acknowledges and agrees that any personal transactions, engagements, or dealings initiated by PHLSolar’s representatives outside the boundaries of this Agreement shall be entirely separate and distinct from the services and obligations outlined herein.

9. Terms of Payment:
a)50% of the total legwork charges, including P20,000 miscellaneous charge as petty cash, shall be paid up front.

b)25% shall be paid upon the release of the yellow card from Meralco.
